一、产品简介:
谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR,EC 1.6.4.2)是在动植物中都有发现,是一类黄素蛋白氧化还原酶,催化氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)还原成还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH),GSH / GSSG的比率越高,则越能清除氧化胁迫过程中产生的活性氧,因此GR酶活性高低是衡量氧化应激能力的一个重要指标。
本试剂盒采用Ellman方法,DTNB与GR中GSSG还原产生的GSH反应,生成黄色产物(TNB)。该产物在412nm出有最大吸收。TNB生成量和GR活性成线性正相关,可通过测定412nm处吸光值计算出谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)的活性水平。该方法在可见光下测定,检测产物相对传统测试方法灵敏度高、测定物更稳定、可操作性更强。另外,改进样本的前处,加相应试剂先消除样本本身的GSH含量,以确保检测结果的精确度。
