一、产品简介: 4-香豆酸:辅酶 A 连接酶(4CL ,EC 6.2.1.12)是木质素生物合成的关键酶之一,位于 苯丙酸途径与木质素特异合成途径的转折点上,主要催化肉桂酸生成相应的肉桂酸辅酶 A 酯。该酶主要存在于高等植物、酵母和菌类中,研究该酶可以探讨多种生物细胞发育过程 中木质素沉积的代谢机理,为减少水果石细胞含量而提高其品质提供依据。 4CL 催化 4-香豆酸和 CoA 生成 4-香豆酸 CoA,在 333nm 下测 4-香豆酸 CoA 生成速率, 即可反映 4CL 活性。
二、所需的仪器和用品: 酶标仪、96 孔板(UV 板)、低温台式离心机、可调式移液器、研钵、冰和蒸馏水。
