一、产品简介:
谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx,EC 1.11.1.9)代表一种具有过氧化物酶活性的酶家族,在保护生物免受氧 化损伤中起重要作用。以往以过氧化氢为底物进行检测,则会受到分解过氧化氢的过氧化氢酶(Catalase)的干扰,本试剂盒提供的有机过氧化物试剂(Cum-OOH)不会被过氧化氢酶分解,因而可以特异地检测出谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活力。 因此本试剂盒可以定量检测总谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶。GSH 和 DTNB 反应产生黄色物质,后者在 412nm 下有最大吸收峰,而 GSH-Px 催化有机过氧化物试剂(Cum-OOH)氧化 GSH,使 GSH 量减少,GSH 量减少越多,反应混合液黄色越浅,则 GSH-Px 活性越大;反之,黄色越深,GSH-Px 活性越低。

3、问:分光法试剂盒与微板法试剂盒是否能通用?
