一、产品简介:
硝酸还原酶(NR,EC 1.7.1.3)广泛存在于植物中,是一种诱导酶。是植物硝态氮转化为氨态氮的关键酶,与作物有效吸收和利用氮素肥料有关,是植物营养或农田施肥的指标之一,也可作为品种选育的指标之一。
本试剂盒采用离体法检测,通过硝酸还原酶催化硝酸盐还原为亚硝酸盐,亚硝酸盐进一步与磺胺及α-萘胺定量生成紫红色偶氮化合物;颜色深浅与硝酸还原酶活性呈正比,通过检测该物质于530nm的吸光值,即可得出硝酸还原酶的活性。
二、所需的仪器和用品:
可见分光光度计、1mL玻璃比色皿(光径1cm)、可调式移液器、水浴锅/恒温培养箱、台式离心机、研钵、冰和蒸馏水。
