一、产品简介： 木聚糖酶在自然界分布广泛，可从动物、植物和微生物中获得。可将木聚糖降解成低 聚糖和木糖的一组酶的总称，也被称为戊聚糖酶或半纤维素酶，广泛应用于酿造和饲料 工业中。 中性木聚糖酶（NEX）在中性环境中水解木聚糖降解成还原性寡糖和单糖，在沸水 浴条件下进一步与 3,5-二硝基水杨中发生显色反应，在 540nm 处有特征吸收峰，反应 液颜色的深浅与酶解产生的还原糖量成正比，通过测定反应液在 540nm 吸光值增加速 率，可计算 NEX 活力。

二、所需的仪器和用品： 酶标仪、96 孔板、低温离心机、恒温水浴锅、可调式移液器、研钵、冰和蒸馏水。
