一、产品简介： 果胶存在于植物的细胞壁和细胞内层，是植物细胞的重要组成部分，属于碳水化合物 的衍生物，广泛分布于植物果实、根茎和叶中。 本试剂盒采用咔唑比色法测定总果胶含量。即总果胶在稀酸中水解为半乳糖醛酸，在 硫酸溶液中与咔唑进行缩合反应，生成紫红色物质，经光谱扫描该物质在 530nm 处有最 大吸收峰，颜色深浅与总果胶含量成正比，进而得出总果胶含量。
