一、产品简介: 植物根系的测定,传统方法是用氯化三苯基四氮唑(TTC)作为脱氢酶的氢受体,但生 成的有色物质甲臜是不溶于水以至操作麻烦,且灵敏度低;本试剂盒提供一种简单,灵敏, 快速的测定方法,利用改性的氮四唑盐作为氢受体,其生成的有色甲臜物质易溶于水,于 460nm 测定其吸光值,即得脱氢酶活性。
二、所需的仪器和用品: 酶标仪、96 孔板、天平、恒温培养箱或水浴锅、可调式移液器、离心机。
